The light bulb

I've always heard people say to me, "He will just do it when he is ready"...."A light bulb will just go off one day"...and I've never given it much credit till last Thursday.  My little Phoenix is a pro now at self feeding himself cheerios!  He may miss his mouth every other one but WOW my little man can get something other then toys into his mouth...what a big step in self dependence.  Not only that but he is tolerating belly time more and will actually kinda army crawl a few feet for something he actually wants!!  He makes his mommy soo proud :)
Last week I mentioned how I thought he was allergic to something, well it turns out that the hives were being caused from a really bad ear infection.  So now after being on antibiotics for the second time this month I'm hoping that we get this ear thing settled.
I'm just happy to say that life has settled down for us and I feel like I can relax and enjoy it.  Tim is finally working, he hasn't been canceled at all this month so far, and we just got our taxes done and are getting a really awesome return.  We are actually thinking of taking a vacation later this year!!
